Vigneti Giole has appointed its own Personal Data Protection Officer who can be contacted at the address of the Data Controller or through the “contacts” section on the website vignetigiole.it/contattaci, or by sending an email to info@vignetigiole.it with the subject privacy.
The personal data provided by filling in the forms on the website will be processed by Giole Società Agricola S.R.L. as Data Controller, in order to respond to requests, questions, allow the receipt of order and shipping requests, etc…
Data collected: Name, Surname, E-Mail, Company Name, Telephone, Tax Code, VAT Number, Shipping Address, Postal Code, City, Province, Products ordered.
The data acquired during navigation will be stored for 12 months, while those provided by the user regarding the sending of communications via e-mail will be deleted immediately after the cessation of the requested activities, unless an explicit request by the interested party.
The provision of personal data is optional. However, in the absence of the data marked with an asterisk as “necessary”, the requests cannot be satisfied.
The personal data thus acquired are processed by Azienda Agricola Giole with computerized procedures, observing appropriate security measures to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access, as well as in ways suitable to ensure the correct management of the Services and related regulatory obligations.
The processing of personal data connected to the provision of the Services is entrusted to employees and/or collaborators specifically designated as Appointees by Azienda Agricola Giole, within the scope of the functions and offices responsible for such Services.
